The great reviews led me to call for a consultation appointment. I was not disappointed! The staff from the front desk receptionist to the financial consultant to the physical therapist to Dr were absolutely amazing in their professional, smiling pleasant & caring attitudes. The office building itself is an inviting pleasant environment. After xrays & learning I have osteoarthritis in my left hip that had extreme inflammation causing walking difficulties Dr. Lins explained in detail what was causing my pain & difficulty walking & went over a treatment plan with me. I was concerned about costs as Medicare covers a small percentage. But no worries after the billing department representative went over the information with me that took away my concerns & made a way for me to meet additional costs with no problems. I can’t give enough kudos to everyone at Jernigan who made this Biloxi newcomer feel at ease with their professional services with smiles & security in knowing I’m receiving the best care & treatment plan possible to get my issue resolved & become my old active self again!”
